Sark is the smallest of the Channel Islands. This is a peaceful haven with not a single motor car on the whole island. A unique, unusual and exceptional destination thanks to its rich natural and architectural heritage.

This small patch of land has remained faithful to its feudal past. The absence of cars in Sark gives it an enchanting atmosphere. All travel is on foot, by bicycle, horse-drawn carriage or a trailer pulled by a tractor (this is the normal mode of transport used for the one kilometre between the port and the village).

You can indulge unashamedly in hiking, enjoying the high cliffs and a lavish countryside. Sark is one of the few places on our planet where you can fully appreciate the darkness of the night and see a totally starry sky, in the absence of lightpollution. A little paradise out of time...
