The region around La Hague offers a multitude of local specialities, based on regional traditions which are still appreciated today. Among them: sourdough bread, brioche, 'tergoule' rice pudding, cider and cheese. Discover their production and have a chance to taste the wares when you visit the best producers in the region

Théo Capelle, cider maker at Sotteville, "La Commanderie" cider maker at Grosville and Père Mahieu at Bricquebosc open their doors to visitors and give you the chance to taste their produce. Cider, apple juice, pommeau and the unmissable Calvados are a few examples of wonderful drinks to try (in moderation, naturally!).
