This town is very popular, thanks to the stretch of sand and dunes that surround it. Its regular waves and sometimes impressive confer qualification spot (for surfers). Indeed, many surfers come to practice their favorite sport on the beach without any real rock. The massive dunes covers about 200 hectares. This is a communal heritage protected site. The plight of the dunes is 125 meters above sea level and offers a panoramic view of the bay of Vauville. You can see the Channel Islands, with clear skies.
